By accessing or using GAB - Growth Business Armenia ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. Description of Service
GAB is a B2B marketplace platform that connects Armenian manufacturers and businesses with global buyers. Our services include product listings, business profiles, AI-powered translation, and communication tools.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
- Business accounts must have valid business registration
- You may not use another user's account without permission
4. Partner Obligations
As a registered partner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate product information and pricing
- Maintain current inventory and availability status
- Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
- Fulfill orders according to agreed terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Scrape or collect user data without consent
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GAB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of products, or the reliability of partners. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
GAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Armenia.
